Exit Blog 9.22.2009

We are going to submit our written work to the Valley News to publish. The work we are going to publish this time is based on yesterday's field trip. Please write all the senses you were aware of on the trip. Write all your ideas in blog post.\

Ms. Picard -
-the rumble of the train starting
-the squeaking of the train cars clashing
-I remember the taste of the warm sugar and cinnamon buried into the soul of apples.

Mrs. Tatro:
-the smell of diesel fuel
-shaking back and forth like a roller coaster
-the delicious apple pie we made

  1. -going on the train ride and hearing the sound of the clickity-clack, clickety, clack.
    -when we took off, the sound of the train leaving the station, rumble rumble pssssttt.
    -I remember the sweet sugary smell of apple pie and cinnamon in the apple pies we baked.

  2. Autumn is coming around again. This is a great time to pick apples. My favorite kind of apples are fuji apples. Everyone carves a pumpkin in autumn, FOR HALLOWEEN. Autumn is a really great month , don't you agree.

    a moving train swaying back and forth as it moves
    a homemade apple pie fresh baked from Miss Picard's stove
